According to the national standard "Common Label of Cosmetics for Instructions for Use of Consumer Goods" (GB5296.3-2008), the names of all components of cosmetics should be authentically labeled on the visual surface of cosmetics sales package.

Cosmetic ingredients refer to the ingredients purposefully added to the product formulation in the production process and play a certain role in the final product. In order to ensure the quality of cosmetic raw materials, the ingredients such as microstabilizers, preservatives and antioxidants should be filled in the product formulation, but they do not belong to the category of cosmetic ingredients and can not be labeled on the product label.
